October Recap

Good morning, Everyone.

I am posting my October Recap newsletter as a coffee share on this almost freezing Sunday morning.
Enjoy. Like. Share.

Welcome to Stories Served Around The Table  October Recap. Colors burst and the days cooled down. Our little boat fleet is tucked in for the winter. The autumn equinox brought changes in routines and life in general. Enjoy the stories and musings. Share your favorites.

Hug Everyone You Know has been on a blog tour, thanks to Women on Writing. Virtual interviews, book reviews, book giveaways, and guest postings flooded the blog-osphere.  I was cheered by the positive reviews and enjoyed meeting fellow bloggers. A BIG shout out of gratitude goes to Nicole Pyles, of Women on Writing, who organized the twenty-four blog stops.

The really big news is that I had retired from teaching! I had taught in one form or another for 40 years. Now it is time to close that chapter and begin a new one. I will be spending quality time with grandchildren, friends and family, and writing the stories that want to be told. I hope you will join me at Stories Served Around The Table.

As always, BIG THANK YOUs go out to, Eclectic Alli for managing Weekend Coffee Share.

Thank you for reading.

Have a good week, Everyone. Make it great!

Antoinette Truglio Martin is the author of Hug Everyone You Know: A Year of Community, Courage, and Cancer. The memoir is a wimpy patient’s journey through her first year of breast cancer treatment.
