Mother’s Day Coffee Share

Good Morning, Everyone. And Happy Mother’s Day to all of you nurturers out there.

Although we can blame the greeting card, telephone, and floral monopolies for inventing the day, pausing to honor the women who created our body and spirit is always a noble endeavor. It is a reflective morning as I sip my coffee.

I have been shamelessly blessed with an incredible and loving matriarch tribe of grandmothers and aunts. From them I learned the power of sisterhood,  how to share the burdens, and know the peace of of never needing to be alone. But it is my mom who raised her five children to be brave, thoughtful, and resilient. Her expectations are high, but her love is always unconditional, reliable, and grounding. My mom expresses the best of herself for her brood of children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. There are no better blessings.

As always, BIG THANK YOUs go out to, Eclectic Alli for managing Weekend Coffee Share.

Have a good week, Everyone. Make it great!

  1. That is a very beautiful celebration of your mom. There’s nothing that compares to motherhood. Thank you for the coffee. I apologize for showing up so late. I spent most of the weekend without cellphone reception, or internet.
